What You Can Expect When You Join the Hawai‘i Therapy Network Team

At Hawai‘i Therapy Network, we believe happy therapists provide the best care. Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Flexible scheduling: Create your own schedule to support your work-life balance.

  • Variety of settings: Work in our clinic, through teletherapy (from home or the office), and/or in elementary schools and preschools. Various combinations are available.

  • Paid documentation time: 30-minute sessions are paid at 45 minutes, and 45-minute sessions are paid at 60 minutes, allowing 15 minutes for documentation.

  • Minimal paperwork.

  • Diverse caseload: Work with clients of all ages with a variety of therapy needs.

  • Opportunities for growth: Room for leadership growth within the company.

  • Paid travel: Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement for preschool services.

  • A supportive, family-oriented team: A team that truly feels like family and loves having fun together.

  • All applicants must meet the following requirements:

    • At least one year of experience preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply when positions are available.

    • Current Hawaii state license in your respective discipline or eligibility for licensure.

    • Must reside in the state of Hawaii.

    • Must pass a background check.

    Additional Requirements by Position:

    • Speech Therapists (SLPs): ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome when positions are available.

    • Occupational Therapists (OTs): Current Hawaii occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

    • Physical Therapists (PTs): Current Hawaii physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure.

  • As a member of the Hawai‘i Therapy Network team, you'll provide individualized, high-quality therapy services while working closely with clients, families, and other professionals.

    • Conduct evaluations and assessments related to your therapy discipline.

    • Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs and goals.

    • Provide evidence-based therapy services in appropriate settings.

    • Collaborate with families, educators, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.

    • Communicate with families and provide strategies to help clients carry skills over into everyday life.

    • Maintain timely, accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, and progress reports.
