Referrals
Contact our office to begin the referral process. Our team will then request a referral from your physician and verify your insurance benefits.
Physicians and referring providers can also send referrals via fax to 808-593-0026.

Yes! In 2023, Oahu Speech and Hawai‘i Therapy Network joined together under the Hawai‘i Therapy Network name.
By combining our two practices, we're building on Oahu Speech's nearly 40-year history of serving Hawaii families while continuing to provide personalized speech, occupational, and physical therapy services.
Our commitment to quality care and the families we serve remains the same.

Yes! We offer speech, occupational, and physical therapy for adults under the age of 65.

If you have TriWest, TriWest VA, or Kaiser insurance, a doctor’s referral is required before starting therapy.
If you are paying privately, you do not need a referral to get started.

Parents are always welcome to attend therapy sessions to learn strategies they can use at home to support their child's progress. However, attendance is not required.

Not always. If we have enough information from previous evaluations or records, therapy may begin without a new evaluation.
An evaluation can be completed at a later date if needed.

Yes! We can accommodate siblings receiving therapy at the same time.

There is no additional charge for in-home therapy itself. However, depending on the distance from our clinic or the therapist's previous appointment, a small travel fee may apply to help cover transportation costs.
